Partner training sessions
A small-group coached session where you train as a unit. You’ll do IFT-style fitness blocks and structured shooting work, with partner formats that push intensity, teamwork, and “precision under pressure” — without needing everyone to be at the same level.
For: Friends, couples, training partners, or small groups who want to train together — improve fitness, shooting, or both — while keeping it personal and coached.
Group size: 2–3 people.
Duration: 45-60mins.
Demo days, and Competition days
Where fitness meets firepower. Combine strength, endurance, and accuracy in one unforgettable event.
For: Anyone who wants the full IFT experience — first-timers wanting to try it out (Demo), and competitors who want to test themselves (Comp).
Group size: Open entry (limited slots per event).
Duration: Demo Day ±2–3 hours | Competition Day ±6 hours.
IFT Birthday Challenge
A private IFT-style mini event: fun functional fitness stations + structured, supervised precision shooting challenges — built for laughs, photos, and bragging rights.
For: birthdays, small friend groups, “something different”.
Group size: 6–12 (ideal).
Duration: ±3 hours.
IFT Bachelor/Bachelorette
More hype, more vibes, more “challenge” — safe, structured, inclusive. A competitive mini-format with a proper final stage and a winner moment.
For: bachelor parties, bachelorettes, “last day of freedom”.
Group size: 6–12.
Duration: ±3–4 hours.
IFT Team Building (Corporate / Work Groups)
A team-based experience designed around communication, calm under pressure, and performing as a unit — without needing everyone to be super fit or a seasoned shooter.
For: companies, sales teams, sports clubs, small business teams.
Group size: 6–18 (bigger groups by arrangement).
Duration: Half-day / Full-day options.

IFT is run with strict supervision and safety standards. Every event includes a safety briefing, clear rules, and controlled rotations. Eye/ear protection is required (this can be arranged on request). Participation is subject to venue/range policies and suitability on the day.
Personalised Training Plans
